HISTORY
Rodolfo was only three years old when his home village was attacked and set on fire. In the attack, he lost both his parents and became the legal guardian of his younger sister, Mercedes. While both siblings will escape physically unharmed from the attack, it will have a profound effect on their personalities. In particular, finding out the cause for the attack is one of Rodolfo's biggest motivations.

Rodolfo and Mercedes eventually moved to another village east, and managed to settle down despite initial suspicion from the attack. Rodolfo began to take up hunting as a means to support his younger sister. It was here did Rodolfo discovered his interest, and he eventually became notable for being one of the best hunters around. That said, Rodolfo did get in trouble because of his hunting, nearly getting killed by wolves if not for the intervention of his sister and her powers. While proud that her sister had powers, Rodolfo could not help but wonder if that was one of the reasons for the attack.

Looking to discover the truth, Rodolfo had to beg and plead with the village's clan mother for permission to leave the village. Finally, he got his wish. Leaving Mercedes behind in the care of a good friend, Rodolfo had taken his first step in his journey into the outside world.

PERSONALITY
Rodolfo is fiercely protective of his younger sister, being his only surviving family member. As an individual, Rodolfo can be fairly patient, nurtured through his hunting background. However, the attack on his village and the initial suspicion on him had made him fiercely independent and not to call on help from anyone, even his sister. Rodolfo is also the type to shoulder the burden for anyone close, even if it means having to sacrifice his own happiness and well-being; his sister being the usual recipient of Rodolfo's hospitality.

ABILITIES
Despite not being a mage, Rodolfo is very agile for a person of his frame. His hunting background had taught Rodolfo the elements of stalking, or quietly following his prey. In addition, Rodolfo has an affinity with trees, either by climbing them or covering behind them, mostly for hunting purposes.

Rodolfo's preferred weapon is a bow (not shown in picture), and he is a fairly good shot with it. Other weapons he can use include a tomahawk or knife, usually for skinning his catch.

The name 'Rodolfo' is the Spanish form of the name 'Rudolf', which is derived from a German name with the elements 'fame' and 'wolf'.
