The RT isnt real. Angelica was never a main character to began with. The whole thing was just made up. The person(or who ever) that came up with it was just playing around, they wernt trying to say this is how the Rugrats came to be. It was other people who said it was real. Dont believe everything you here on the internet.
But I do like the RT, its creative. The story is beautifully disturbing and the fan art is awesome. Including yours. Angelica's boots and hair are my fav about your pic. The whole image is simple but meaningful. (but im pretty sure the pic wasnt simple to make, if it was my bad. Im not trying to undermine your artwork by caliing it simple. I meant it in a charming way. Sorry.)

To represent the fact that the babies were either aborted or had died in an accident, therefor there is blood to remind the people looking at the art that the deaths involved (a lot of) blood and she experienced what happened, as in she feels their pain.

I am a big fan of the Rugrats, and to be honest, the theory is kinda sad. Poor Angelica had to go through a lot, so, she had to create a whole other world to escape this one.
