i used SAI paint tool, sketched and colored- just very basic though, i haven't experimented with full blown shading yet

btw i really love these characters, it'd be awesome to see some kind of reference for lime/shaun in the future, i'd love to learn more about them

Thankyou! Yeah I've been meaning to come up with a reference but for some reason my human drawin skills are shot right now. Basically Shaun is a 19 year old who is really really blank minded. Shes usually confused about something but shes also really nosey and curious. But shes also really shy and quiet. she really only talks to shaun and my other character dagmar.(they make stupid synth-y house music together, thats the only time when shaun isnt shy) She likes to know how things work and she likes to figure things out- but all in all shes a totally weird ginger who hallucinates lime (i think it was to help her get over leaving everything and everyone she knew when she went to college. she wasnt always so lonesome- though she was always super weird) She can't live withot lime and she hates her sometimes because lime is like a really facetious and kinda sarcasticly mean know it all and she is kinda snotty. lime cares about her but doesnt show it and just makes fun of her a lot but when it all comes down to it they both need eachother to survive and help eachother to get through things.
i guess that kinda gets into it
