....What can I say? I just got bored. Orz...I used PAP4, and it's my first time, so don't hate, love the card game! (wow, I am really lame) Anyway....enjoy.

I would say no. Because this program is VERY SIMPLIFIED. You can't color unless you export it to photoshop, and you can't do nifty 3D things like on Flash. The only similarities between these two is basically you can animate but Flash has so much more to offer. I only use this because I can't afford anything else. x)
