I'm the inverse. The intention of Unleashed was to create a new way of playing Sonic, as the Adventure formula was unfortunately rotting, thanks to games like Shadow or 2006. So I hope this game is to Unleashed what Adventure 2 was to Adventure, and grabs and perfects its' formula!

XD you have made a fine point! And indeed I hope so too, for the game to expand on the Unleashed engine would be a fine thing indeed! Though I am very glad of the colourful style of the game, maybe this game will do away with all that dark poison that Shadow spread through the series during the 2000s...>_< Shadow may not have been in Unleashed, but Werehog got his job instead...
