An.. airplane gun? XD
Well, the proportions of the body look all right but where are the eyes looking at? The whole drawing itself is good, and the coloring is sweet! Way awesome job!

The airplane gun (which shoots arrows, by the way), her clothes, and etc. all come from Fleetway Sonic the Comic (seeing as this was drawn by Nigel Dobbyn, who drew quite a lot of strips for them). In case you don't know, Sonic the Comic was SEGA's official Sonic comic in the UK from 1992 to 2001, though they stopped having original stories in 1999.
Sometime after Amy was introduced, a new editor came, who wanted the comic to have strong female heroines girls could relate to. This is why Sonic the Comic is the only continuity where Amy evolved from fangirl to a fighter in her own right. Instead of the hammer, and based on a pun, they gave her arrows and an arrow gun, since she is named Amy and has a good aim. Amy, Aim, got it?
(if you already knew all this, sorry)
As for the drawing... well, it wasn't me who did it The eyes are looking at a badnik who's not drawn.

*U* I love StC Amy a lot more than the X Amy. She's just annoying and stupid and useless... XP Whereas StC Amy actually has a brain, moves, and kicks butt in battle! *U* Rock on! This is awesome!

Sonic X Amy is tsundere. It's a japanese clichΓ©, really, and makes sense in an anime.
StC Amy was ordered by the editor of the comic to be a feminist symbol; hence why she's the most different Amy of all continuity.
Thanks

That's so interesting, how do you know this?

There's a lot we know from e-mails and interviews the staff members gave after StC. When I say feminist symbol, I don't mean it in a bad way, btw. Simply, Miss Tate (the editor) wanted there to be a strong leading female character and a female strip- hence Amy, hence the Amy and Tekno strips.

Wow! Dayglo! Another really nicely coloured version. Going to have to try very hard when I eventually do this myself!
