i was having a tea party with my sister today.and this came to my head.
I JUST HAD TO DRAW THIS HEARTWARMING FAMILY MOMENT. <3
clearly neither of them knows how to tea party right.
OH AND TOOK MY LAST FINAL TODAY.

I adore the domesticity of this scene. Maybe it's just me but I detect some charming parallels between this and the "Alice in Wonderland" tea-party chapter. It seems that the Warden fits in very well as the Mad Hatter
This is an excellent piece of artwork- your meticulous work with colouring and picking a suitable colour palette is flawless, and the anatomy and style of the characters and furniture is spot-on. Grand work indeed!

it wasn't an intended parallel, but i actually came to listening to 'Tea Party' by Kerli which is from the movie soundtrack, i believe. i guess some of it rubbed off. or maybe anything with tea parties makes people think of Alice in Wonderland. (i've actually seen a picture of a Superjail version of it, with Alice as Alice and the Warden was probably the Mad Hatter too. he does have awesome hats. C: )

i have to say, the furniture is an old design i was using for some picture of a princess and her bunny, but i agree, it does go rather well with the Warden. everything he has is so... eccentric.
