Chevalier, a knight in armor made from the corpse of an Endbringer, wielding a sword that is also a cannon. This guy is the coolest of the cool. He is the epitome of heroism. He blocks lasers with his abs and swordfights with inter-dimensional space gods. Can you tell he's my favorite character?Β
I realized half way through that I had no idea how to paint metal right (Learning by doing has it's downsides

I liked this, but I think his legs seem a bit... skewed in perspective? Like, I get the impression they should look bigger, because it seems they have been bent at the wrong angle or shrunk by inter-dimensional shenanigans

Might have difficulty finding just one blade as a focal point though...
I would be keen on seeing more mannequin pictures in general; nobody seems to quite match the description exactly, and all of TheKrustacean's drawings stick close to the written descriptions.

Between the weapon and the attitude (being one of the relatively few sympathetic characters in Worm who isn't forced or interested in ends-justify-the-means), Chevalier would fit pretty well in RWBY. Heck, even the powerβit's pretty nebulously defined and contradictory even for superpowers (e.g, his sword can be light when he swings it but heavy when it hits his target, at the same time), which works pretty well with RWBY Semblances. I must keep this in mind for writing Shards.

Wow, this is great. I think you did a fine job on the armor and cannonblade. Especially the cannonblade, since I was never quite sure how to parse that in my head xD
