Soooo...this is what i've been put to recently. Been hanging at a friends house and drawing her adorable kitten for pose reference. These are some of the poses her kitten got into and i'm quite proud of them.I've started studying cats more so I can complete a few pieces of art successfully. My mothers cat tribute, a tribute to my cousins three cats (i'm the auntie lol
), a tribute to Jack because I want to, and I have to start studying big cats next to draw a few friends personal characters ^_^ Been a busy wolfeh lately.
Feel free to reference the poses as I really could care less about it. Some people seem to think you can copyright poses, but you simply can't. So go ahead, if any of my watchers do reference, i'd love to see what you come up with. No need to credit or link to me. I'm just curious as to what you can come up with

No. These poses are to be used for personal artwork ONLY, not for anything that is being sold or commissioned. IF I agreed to let you use these poses for your art that you sell, I would need a cut of all the sales from anything that is using these exact poses. That's just how business works.

...what? ...what do you mean? foxmere vale is an adoptables site with sprites... there is no selling, trading or purchase of artwork there. i was simply asking to use the poses for a sprite i was making for the "Amethyst Cat" adoptable -- in particular the adult and middle stages.

i have read your rules -- i don't sell the art of others. the only thing foxmere vale has isΒ "foxvaelian coins"Β which is just littleΒ rewards you get for clicking others and helping their adoptables grow. you cannot purchase coins with real money. i don't take real money, nor dA points for "foxvaelian coins" on site, and those who do ask will be told no -- and those who continue to bother me either on dA or on-site will get a block from PMing me on both sites.
i'm a little confused -- i just came back on dA and now i'm being toldΒ my site is an art store?
not to sound rude -- i am just mystified because asking me a simple question about the site will tell you it is not an art store -- the "nicnack shop" title imageΒ is a placeholder from the person who let me use the theme (a free use theme, and the theme's name is "nicknack shop") and i have simply not had enough time to change it asΒ i have things to do; the rest of the site is still under construction.
i'm sorry if the site looked somewhat like an art shop -- it's not; this can be proven by simply mousing over the community sectionΒ or by glancing at the navbar at the top -- it clearly says "adoptables".

sorry if this comment is a little long. i just want to point out that the "Amethyst Cat" is a free adoptable and users do not pay for it at all, be it false or real currency.

I read and replied to the comment left on my page (first one I saw). Most people on DA try to sell Adoptables for DA Points, which is why I got so defensive (Had an issue with some art theft with adoptables). As I stated in the other response: If you are making no profit from these adoptables, then feel free to use the poses here. I still check DA, but I too have been far too busy to really do much with it these days (plus the amount of art theft i've had to deal with in the past 5 years has me ready to delete the account all-together).Β
Again, sorry for being so defensive, it's unfortunately become an automatic reaction now :/
