Finally DA let me upload this! A big twist on my other True Ryu mod, with default SFIV colors not being compatible.

Why? Because instead of having to choose whether you want normal or topless Ryu across all 10 costumes by selecting a certain model, this mod enables you to have whichever you want on a color by color basis! It comes with his tweaked face by Jiggeh if the younger one doesn't suit your fancy, and 3 different hairstyles. (I meant to add a longer SF1 style but I'm still figuring it out)

Comes with a few colors, but I only really included colors I like. I'll post a color pack with the Evil Ryu colors I used before, and will probably make a color pack that includes all of his default SFIV colors.

Update: Somehow left out the nml.emb file! My noobness is showing.
