Alright, I found the original reference, and I find your decision to overall go with warmer, brighter colors interesting - the orange hair stands out well, and I like the texture you added to the clothes. Not sure if it was totally intentional, but the material looks a bit more vinyl or leathery, which I think looks good without having the necklace there. I would consider adding back some of the blush to her cheeks and lips, but it's not strictly necessary, and I like the addition of freckles to her shoulder.

The eyes are a little small and there's a teeny bit of skew to her lip, but I think these are also issues of the shading being less dark, which is making the area of her face overall look larger.

I see others have mentioned that the hair comes across as somewhat artificial, the shape is good but definitely I'd tone down the light strands a bit.

My last concern is that while the shading on her face is very volumetric and detailed, I'm not seeing that kind of detail on her arm. That bright highlight just at the edge of the shadow might be the wrong shade - I'm not sure it's supposed to be a few shades lighter without also being a couple shades greener.

In general I like the decisions you've made with the color and framing, would just revisit some of these details.

Those freckles are amazing.

Where the hair meets the top of her scalp looks a little artificial compared with the rest of the work.  Also in places her hair seems a little too strand-y, I think at least a few of the strands shown should blend into the shadows of her hair more.  However the overall color variation in the hair is very well done and quite striking.

Composition wise everything leads back to those eyes.  And you caught her facial expression spot on.

This is really nice! Painted really beautifully and so realistic feeling, in thumbnail it looks like a photograph, which I really like. Beautiful work, keep it up!

I'm totally stating the obvious when I say this is gorgeous. Because it is. I love the softness of the skin and features, and the green in the eyes is just lovely. Hands down, you did an amazing job here.

I saw that you were looking for some critique too - my first thought was about the hair. I think you did too good a job on laying down all the hair strands. What I mean by that is that it looks too detailed. When hair falls (or lies on the head), it tends to do so in clumps, so while the texture of hairs is there, you don't actually see them as individuals all that much. They tend to be more united by color and shape, with only a few flyaways really in such distinct focus. Looking at your piece, I'm thinking you used a soft brush to create the hair shape, and then went over it with a thin hard brush to create the "hair." That also means that you get the same color from top to bottom (ie, a light colored hair will remain the same value and hue from top to bottom, nevermind the way the light falls...) If you want to try something different, see what happens if you use a hard brush, and then add hairs as accents...

My only other crit - and this might totally be off base because I don't know the reference - is that I wonder if her face is just a smidge too wide/round, and the eyes a teeny bit too small on the face.

Anyway, definitely keep doing what you're doing. Because what you're doing is awesome!
