Awesome! But i don't agree with the guy below. Perspective is passable but off. Inkers. What do they know.

nice piece! Great fluidity to the figure, and you nailed the perspective on the buildings... also you have varied up the look of each building. You have no idea how many portfolios I have looked at where aspiring artists cant do perspective and all of the buildings look like cardboard cutouts.
Great job!

Well, in a sense, most comics do have very simple building structures.
But, different building looks are always nice to help keep the picture feeling smooth.

hey, thanks a lot for the crit and comments=] I have some newer pics of Spidey doin his thing in the city if you'd like to look=] The first time I drew a 4 page sequential story with Spidey, i showed it to Jimmy Palmiotti and he ripped me apart lol He asked me if I even looked at buildings when i drew my story, so from then on, I didn't mess around and got reference!

That's OK... when I worked as a pro for CrossGn, Jimmy ripped my portfolio apart too... dont worry about it. But, it is good that you use reference for buildings... remember, architects are artists, too, and they put thier own style and flair into the buildings they design, so you have to do the same too.

yea, thats the problem sometimes, so much detailing and designing! In all seriousness, I am trying to put as much energy into my work as possible, so I welcome the challenges that buildings present=]

The Architecure drawings are some top notch work ! so perfect , if one line is off just by a little it can totally mess up the whole design of the building , you know your stuff ! im a big fan of shading and shadows which i like in this one and spiderman looks great also!

I hear you man, I remember being at SCAD and being reemed whenever I messed up perspective lines. I have more practice to go though, hopefully before the new year I'll have another good background to go along with a good spiderman drawing=]

yea, buildings are a bastard... I have 2 pieces in my gallery where i didn't use rulers to do the buildings.... I did that so that I could et use to just trying to draw the backgrounds and speed up the process.... I was studying Pete Woods work, he doesn't seem to use rulers to do his buildings, they seem a lil rough, but they're beautiful, so i tried the same technique (or so I think heh)..... if anyone knows if he has a page here, please tell me:-D
