Description Worked hard to get this ready for New York Comic Conο»Ώ and I have one more to do, stay tuned for that one as well! From start to finish, this took 4 days, while switching back and forth from this to a Hulk commission I'll be posting later today on Facebook, and on here tomorrow.

Do you remember the first time you saw the Power Rangers? What went through your head? How did the show make you feel? Do you till watch the new incarnations of it? Did you introduce your kids to the characters and now they love it?

I'd love to hear your stories=]

This is pretty awesome, I love the muscles on the guys. The colors and the shading are also really nice. And oh geeze, those poses! So cool It takes guts to draw poses like that.

However, speaking as a woman, I'd have to speak up about the breasts. When a woman wears fabric, the cleavage is not so obvious. The fabric tends to make a bridge over the cleavage. You might get a little bit of an indentation, but even with skin tight clothes like the PRs, you'd still have that that cloth bridge. This technique makes it look like their clothes are painted on. Here's a good example of what I'm talking about limebarbnews.files.wordpress.c…

I hope that the information is helpful for future works

I am definitely an artist that always tries to challenge himself. Sometimes I meet those challenges and sometimes I fail. I am glad that you have the praise and criticism you do here. Those poses definitely took me out of my comfort zone but I wanted to do something different. With regards to the breasts, it's a failing I and many comic styled artists have. It is something that will be addressed as I continue to grow as an artist (Alex Ross is the man and I will be doing more studying of his work to "fix" that) but it's all that I am capable of drawing with any skill at the moment. Β The clothes definitely look painted on, sadly, but my understanding of anatomy is of the nude/topless nature. I am currently also trying to understand how breasts fall and move on a woman better when I do figure drawing. Β I am there with you, it ain't right, but the best I have to offer at the moment.

I think it's awesome, regardless. I'm glad you are willing to accept the criticism with pride and continue to grow as an artist.

Challenging yourself like this is definitely the way to go!

Ahhh childhood. I was starting grade school and my best friend (at the moment before he moved away and I never saw him again... ) was really into this show and we ended up watching a VHS tape of it... That was all it took, before I joined in his madness and I called red ranger when we would play at recess(and I'm the black kid lol). This show was indeed awesome, though it's kinda gone the way of shark jumping (I stopped at Dino Thunder)
