ok this one will be for my friend Broose.
he wants both a talking head sprite (or non talking if it's too much work) and a body sprite killing a guy with a balaclava and hoodie (any color hoodie) with a spiky Chainsaw
here's the closest thing to a head reference we have sta.sh/01am2tjtpqhp (sorry if it's hard to figure out, my friend isn't the best artist, so go off what you can)
and for body, he wears a white suit with a red under suit.

Is it the killer or the victim who has a hoodie and balaclava? I'm a little confused by your wording.
Would Broose like for the top down sprite to be an execution animation? (A la Alex)

alright, no problem.
yes he does have a DA, but he rarely uses it (kinda why I'm speaking thou him), he only uses it once and a while to post something immature, so if you wanted to talk to him yourself thou DA you'd probably have to talk to me (it might also be communicated better because I just got him the game a few days ago and he's a bit newbie on story/all the content)

oh, I'm sorry I thought I was clear on wording it, it is the Victim who is in the hoodie and balaclava, not the killer.
I'm very sure he would love it animated (A la Alex).
