Just a heads up, I don't critique photography as often as I critique digital art and artisan crafts, so feel free to correct any inaccuracies in this comment.

To me, this photo has an amazing angle and composition. I really like how the red, blue, and white building/structures cut across the photo at different angles, and how it looks like one of the people on the bridge is looking down towards you while you/the camera is facing up. I also appreciate the contrast between the white/silver building and the dark tunnel underneath the bridge - you put captured a lot of complementing and contrasting elements in this photo, and that's part of what makes it so interesting to look at. Excellent work !

The only thing that bothers me about the photo is that it looks blurred and grainy when zoomed in (at least a few viewers who love the photo will probably try to do that). One way to mitigate this is to prevent viewers from zooming in, and setting the size of the uploaded photo to the maximum size that you want viewers to be able to see .
