Long time ago I had this concept finished, she is part of the project ALIX CLUB, which redesigned, and returned a kind of "new generation", but no, she isn't Flora's family, but she was raised by Flora, Rosetta is an orphan, she lived in orphanage in Linphea that is administered by Flora with her big brother, Pine, and her little sister Daisy
Formerly she was known as Rose, but after a total redesign, haircut and switch to Magic Winx, wanted to have short hair and once very feminine, resulting in Rosetta.
I have the idea in mind to do this same for the other 3 members of the Club without creating, as with Alana and Kayla (those who undergo a couple of changes)
Her fringe and hair are inspired in my favorite disney fairy, Rosetta! vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/d…
