Least favorite subject
Dance Class-ic. I’m very clumsy on land, always I tripping over my own two fins, I mean feets! This class makes me feel like a fish out of water!

Shelly's mother is dead, she died shortly after Shelly was born, was raised by her aunts and her grandfather
Meshelle is her cousin, Meshelle is daugther of the eldest sister of The Little Mermaid
The son of the prince is in love with her, but Shelly rejects him constantly, she pretends to be away from him because he does not want to fall in love, she feels that the day he feels something for him, it will be the day she signs her death sentence
She is a Rebel
In Thronecoming, her mother left a letter asking her to forgive her for leaving alone, and asked Shelly to do whatever her did, please not to follow in her footsteps, that she wanted Shelly to live a long and happy life at sea, to trust she, no one in her story was going to disappear, basically she ask Shelly begging her to be a Rebel and not sign the book of legends
Her dream is become a Pop Star
She and Duchess have a friendly relationship, Shelly understands perfectly what it is to have a tragic destiny and understands why Duchess desperately wants to have a happy ending, she on several occasions try to persuade her to be a Rebel, that instead of taking the happy ending to another person, she can create her own destiny
