No, there are other non-shippers of Starscream/Arcee, and it's perfectly fine if you guys don't want them together. And as a nonshipper of Elliot/Olivia in the Law & Order SVU fandom, I can tell you from experience that no matter how much you dislike a pairing and however much you post your opinions of how much you dislike it, It's not going to go away! Even if there isn't a single shred of evidence of the possible coupling, shippers will still want them to be together anyway. But most shippers do try to keep it a fantasy knowing well that it's never gonna be canon.

Not everyone needs nor has to like a pairing, it's up to you.

Personally, it's only the prime series were I think it's acceptable because of how much subtle romantic tension there is between the two characters.

Someone wrote a whole article about it too with links to some footage, though some of the more subtle things are left out (there's a video called 'starscream saves arcee' that has a link).

For instance (at this point I don't expect for you to continue reading unless you want to. This is just me pointing out stuff for other people who also support the pairing that may have missed these points):

At the end of 'Sick Mind', Arcee would have been able to get off 2 shoots in quick succession easily (assuming the second target was close). She choose to shoot past Starscream to hit Megatron (a priority for Autobots) while choosing not to take the second shot at Starscream as she left. This is despite the fact that he was perfectly in range and visible and distracted by her first shot. She doesn't take a shot that would easily wound him even if she wasn't dead on. At this point she doesn't know about Cliffjumper, but he is still a Decepticon (which she has everything but a soft spot for).

So, why not the second shot at him after the shot at a mutual enemy? It depends on your point of view.

He is surprised to see her but doesn't show anger until he starts to ready his weapon. He even has his weapon ready and able to fire before she says "allow me" but doesn't fire. Even after she fires, he still has the shot (depending on if he continued to look away). He pretty much lets her go with a smile because he is pleased by what she did.

At the beginning of Armada (episode, not series), Starscream admits and I qoute: "I may have given Arcee a free pass the last time she and I met..". This not only indicates he wasn't expecting repayment or a favor from her in return for saving her from Arachnid (let alone cutting her down), but he also clearly smiles on the word 'she'.

Bulkhead wouldn't have known about that happening unless Arcee had confessed to the others about his assistance off screen. However, on screen, she doesn't mention him being there at all. So him demanding assist would have had nothing to do with him helping Arcee without 'payment' because he wouldn't have known.

there is more in 'Rock Bottom', but I'm not going to bother getting into that since this post is long enough and that episode is just ripe with Starscream shipping fodder for multiple shippings.

the TL;DR is pretty much once in a while Starscream and Arcee will do something towards the other that, if they really hated each other, wouldn't make sense.

Stalling, distracting an enemy, getting the other out of a tough situation, it goes on.

Then there are the little gestures that would indicate feelings other than hate or disgust. Smiles, smirks, snickering, etc.

The TL;DR of that^ would be: Tons of subtle flirting and cuteness between the two.
