soooooo Saigo no Shira is a mobile school on water and it was actually made from a cruise ship
and the uniforms were also made by Sirius since the principal of the academy. though the academy was orignally
from hokkaido people say it tends to move to other places like musutafu,minato,chikafusa,and fumiko
