Just look for example at original UT sans' animation, how he flows. Your animation is blocky.

this is the problem: i actually can't do it fluid

let's pretend that a pixel is one centimeter big: this means that I can move that pixel at least one centimeter at a time. if it had been two centimeters big I could have moved it only two centimeters at a time ... understood?
