Love letter cookies!The envelopes are filled with currant jelly too. (So tasty!)
These took forever, though! The hand painting and color icing and tiny piping was a lot of work.
But it was worth the while I think, besides...what's a girl to do when she's snowed into her house?

I actually bought some icing mix called Color Flow from Wilton. You can purchase some at your craft store, or here online: [link] It makes a ton of icing and it's guaranteed to harden the right way. Plus it's super easy!
