Description

This was originally going to be a simple/quick full body character concept-i just wanted to see what i could do with making a protogen ya know?
It ended up turning into a painted head shot, which took exactly 109 layers, so-oops? haha

I also mostly just wanted to experiment with the visor's effect. I referenced actually IRL protogen masks, and gave it the dotted LED screen effect. Which-thanks to Medibang was quite simple!
Under the Filter option at the top you can go to Japanese Pattern and select Polka Dots, adjust for them to be smaller and more dense (and transparent background!) and fill in the dots you want lit up. From there you can add a glow effect to the lit dots and that's pretty much the base of it? I'll have to make use of that effect more
