I previously posted a WIP of this on reddit and I wasn't sure if I would finish it- but I pulled through and here is the final piece! I'm really happy with how it turned out, I usually mess up the background!Anywho- this is a sequel to this post , short story below ⬇⬇
Since crash landing on the new planet he had decided to explore the nearby landscapes, as he wandered the forest edge he found this little guy! Scurrying across the grass almost blending in- he picked him up to find a ferret-like creature, other than it's extra two pairs of legs. The thing appeared to be a juvenile, looking up at him with it's big eyes and white pupil.
He had no need for food or hunting- so this creature was of no use to him as he set it back down into the bushes. To his surprise, and annoyance, though, the creature continued to follow him as he scanned through the forest.
He reluctantly let the animal onto his shoulders, as he continues back to crash site with a new small buddy alongside him.
