Description
Chambered in 7.62x51, the Mark 38 DMR was designed to be distributed as an affordable marksman platform to areas and buyers that could not afford or had no interest in the smart-weapon technology. However, as time progressed, new variations of the rifle were made that incorporated said technology into different aspects of the weapon, most commonly its magazines and optical attachments, with the designation A3 variant featuring improvements to its barrel, integrated iron sights and a more robust receiver.
