I actually replied just yesterday to someone who asked that same question. Basically, I don't. The deviations I upload I just make in my spare time when I feel like trying something. There are a lot of days where I unfortunately don't have any drive or motivation to and, in the past, I've been demotivated by requests (mostly on my CelebrityMasks account). I will accept ideas/suggestions though and, if I like the idea myself and it sounds like something I'd like to try to do (rather than just doing it because someone asked for it), then I take a stab at it.
