You are so far from right that it hurts. As Unimpression said earlier the body would be exactly the same and no where in the game does it say that Link is a CIS gender male.

1. The Legend of Zelda is a family friendly franchise made by a family friendly company

2. since it is not stated the artist is allowed to assume anything he wants

My dialogue with Unimpression seems to have broken down, but I am willing to continue this conversation with you. I understand that you are a friend of Unimpression and being so are inclined to take Unimpression's side. To reiterate in no way was this piece of art intended to marginalize or put down anyone. I was just drawing what I enjoy drawing.
First I would like to start by acknowledging that you are right to point out that Zelda Lore does not confirm that Link is a CIS gender male, to my knowledge. I just took artistic license, as many fan artist do and decided to say link identifies as male.
Secondly, I also agree with Unimpression that if link was a boy, girl or nonbinary, link could have the same body, hair clothes and everything. (different gender identities can accompany any sex) But, as already explained that would be an entirely different piece of art work. I mean, isn't this the exact opposite of transphobic? And why would it be sexist if it depicts a very famous character in both male and female form? I don't get what you're trying to say. Plus, this is like super tame, dude, if you're this sensitive, you really don't want to go any deeper.

I haven't disregarded anything in claiming that male and female are opposite. That's an observable fact whether we're discussing biological sex or gender.
