Even as Sheik, Zelda should still only have girl parts. It shouldn't have been possible for Link to get pregnant.

Gannon kidnaps Zelda, Link goes hunting after him, all the ordinary monster flee on sight. When she reaches Gannon, "D*mmit Gannon! My child will need a father! Give Zelda back!"
Fem-Gannon "Okay, okay, just please turn me back (sob) I promise I'll be good! (I'm never treating the Gerudo badly again.)"
"Okay. (To Zelda) Jeez what's wrong with her?"
Zelda whistles innocently, "Oh, nothing much. I may have spared you some aspect of being female and... (evil grin) let her experience them, over an extended period of time."
I'm not quite sure how I got here and I'm kind of disturbed. But something is compelling me to keep going. A very, shall we say interesting idea and a great story you have here. The art is likable too! Looking forward to the rest.

Yeah, not my usual, but I had some request for it and thought it might be a funny direction. Will do some more alterantive scenarios that avoid this conclusion. It is not really a continus series, each part can be mutually exclusive.

By the way, i'm going to gloss over the fact that link is in the seventh or eighth trimester after 1 night & say the bump was to show pregnancy and he's not really that far along... I guess.
