lovely. The sun is great and I love the composition as a whole. Just as a side point, I think your work could be shown to its full potential if you cleaned it up a bit before posting, e.g. by changing the levels/curves to bring out the original brightness of the paper that's been lost when you took the photo. Imo it would really emphasise how clean and elegant this piece is. For example, here's a before-and-after of the above image after using the 'auto levels' shortcut in photoshop (shift+ctrl+L) - of course, there are probably better settings than that but I thought it best for simplicity's sake. I hope this is helpful!

Thanks, it just seemed to fit in perfectly with the silhouette of the tree.

Ooh, this look so nice. I also absolutely love what you did with the sun. Your eye gets drawn to the color, but then it gets drawn back to the black.
It's very impressive.

Thanks. This was my first attempt at adding colour (I was a little scared to do it thinking it might ruin the picture). I think it worked out well as it gives the effect of the transition from light to dark in the evening where you get the beautiful silhouette of the foreground and the fading colour of the sun and sky in the background.
