It's based off of the scene where Rick and Morty have accidently turned everyone on Earth into horrible monsters with varying degrees of multiple mouths and organs, basically pure body horror, and the "solution" to fix the problem is to leave their home dimension behind and replace their alternate selves who have just recently died.Β After burying his alternate self's corpse, Morty walks through the entire house with this expressionΒ completely and utterly traumatized by the fact that he just destroyed his world and simply left it.
