Kor kind of entertained the idea in the beginning, but it was out of dominance, not romance or sexual attraction. The idea was respectfully dismissed when he realized she would never feel that way about him, and that she would never join Legion. He came to love her more than anyone in the world, though - even more than Kasula and his mom.
