I realized I never made any Robot Masters of my own, since I was too busy creating Forte's brothers and sisters (mostly sisters in my book). My first idea was to call her Harpy Woman, but since I planned on making her a friend of Splash Woman. I decided to give a name that goes perfectly with splash, so flap was the best I could come up with.

I'm going to say she was built by Wily by basing her off of Splash Woman, she was built to rescue people who have some sky diving mishaps. By flapping her wings, she's able to produce gusts of wind, also able to fire her feathers like blades. Her talons are meant for grabbing, duh, but its also capable of penetrating thick metal. She also loves to sing. And be careful what you say, because she's one of the Robot Masters that get emotional when you make fun of their disabilities.

Now I'm not too sure how close this comes to Inafune's Artwork, but good Lord, I just can't seem to size her breasts properly. I based her wings off Reggae, and I'm quite satisfied on how they came out.

I think I should look for a Splash Woman fan-club group, so that I can give Flappy some of Splashy's spotlight.
