The fifth SWN, and brother to Forte. He possesses the ability to manipulate time, which he can either use to enhance his fighting capabilities or alter a single object's speed and movement. Considers himself to be untouchable, because his time manipulation enables him to predict every action his opponents throws at him.

Finally finished doing the brother of Forte. This idea came to me when I was reading the Origins of Rhythm by when Rhythm was busy activating the prototype of Zero, she saw a capsule that had a ninja-looking robot (never figured out who it was), and thought of making Forte's brother look like a ninja.

Now that I'm done with this, I now have a fun idea to create using 6 other OCs and forming a team.

Oh, and you'll probably notice where the quote came from. And another thing I forgot to mention is that I made that ''po'' myself since I could not find a ''po'' in the Rockman and Forte database.
