Description
I was requested to make a little tutorial on my drawing process and whaddya know, I did a tutorial! It is impossible to really talk about everything so I stuck to the process and didn't mention composition, anatomy, posing or any of that boring stuff too much. If you have any questions though, let me know and I'll do my best to answer! The visuals are a bit crummy as I was admittedly a bit lazy in doing this, but I thought something was better than nothing, eheh?

Thank you for makeing this. I've found your images very inspireing and seeing the process pictures like this is great!
When you do changes while painting, do you simply sketch out the new version ontop of it before applying color? Cause I noticed that parts and details change quite a bit during the process. How many hours does an image like this take for you paint?

thanks, i did actually achieve something similar in one of my drawings, im not sure how to leave a link but its called final rendition, its of a fire mage character i was concepting some armor for, my process was a bit different but i think it came out well. I tried the 'slime goop' on a quick sketch but its a little tricky to make look good with color filters only. A little practice i suppose

I will go out, eat some noodle. Then i will come back, turn on my tablet. And i will follow this tutorial for as many hours as necessary until i get something like this. I just love how you explain it from the very beginning and with small increases that makes a lot of sense! You sir, are an inspiration!
