Description
I decided to put together a study of the different races in Resurgence. I usually enjoy drawing female faces a bit more than male ones so that's why there's no male one yet.

Humans - self explanatory.

Meurians - Human offshoot race. Physically larger, has redundant organs and more dense bone structure. Also more resistant to heat and toxins.

Ciourdans - Human offshoot race. Lighter, more frail. Developed telepathic and telekinetic abilities.

Sailessians - Humanoid shapeshifter race. Aquatic in nature.

Ashtoreth - Reptilian aliens. Chameleon-like abilities. Typically very agile and athletic.

I figured it was about time I went and got some reference pictures and draw from those. I think these turned out pretty well. Also, I'm trying something new as far as layers and coloring goes - obviously I used red as the base layer and I'm doing the detail work in blue so it stands out. Hopefully it helps out if/when I get around to coloring this.
