Description This is the first shot in a series of photos, that were all taken one foggy morning on my way to work.

The fog this morning just made every light look so enchanting, and I was mesmerized by all how it changed all light into something more. It was like no matter where I looked there was a new shot to take! This first shot is a great example of that. It almost looks like it's the same single light that's hovering all over the place, trying to find a place to stand.

This is very sensual! It's hard to explain, but you've captured a lot of emotion into this.
Well done! Fantastic photo ^^

Really interesting. o.O

I love the atmosphere created from all the fog, especially with it being so... dense, you know? It obscures nearly everything and makes it a bit menacing as well.

I do like the glow, though, and how it feels quite warm from that. It's great how we can't actually see that far off into the distance, as it makes things more... in your face?

I do feel it's a small shame it's tilted a bit, although it does add a level of quirkiness, I guess.. Still, it wouldn't be bad if you framed this into a square.

It only gets more interesting from this one and up XD

Yeah exactly, some of the photos in the series are eerie and others are beautiful, it's quite intriguing!

That was actually how thick the fog was, you really couldn't see any longer of then on the shot. It was actually weird how the light had turned yellow, because normally this light is white.

Well, the lamps are tilted because some stupid kids, that are bored on saturday evenings, think it's fun to kick them. But I still like it better this way for the reason you said. What is it with you and squares btw, this isn't the first time you suggesting I'd do a square frame on one of my pictures?

It's great when fog is like this.

Oh...

Yes, I have a slight fixation on them. I definitely think that one shouldn't rule it out, either way.

Perhaps you can try it?

I think with location shots, it isn't as good to put it into a square, but... yeah, it can be interesting.

Oh yes, but we never get it in town. Sometimes I wish I lived out in the country, because my style of photographing fits more towards that.

Try to kick the lampposts? =/
