Cyn died today at the age of 75, from cancer. I saw May Pang's post on Facebook and weirdly was listening to "I'm A Loser" at the time. I feel gutted, I always wanted to meet her, and give her a cuddle. She was my favourite Beatles lady, and whilst I adore John, I wasn't blinded enough to know he put her through hell and humiliation back in 1968. She always loved him though, and admitted so - "Of course I still love John. That love, it doesn't die. He gave me my son".I found a fanmail address for her earlier this year in NY - and was going to write to her... how I wish I'd gotten off my bottom and done so.
RIP Cyn, you lovely classy lady xxx

I wanted to meet her too. And I really thought that I would some day. This is just tearing me up. I lost my great-grandmother on October 20 of last year and one of my best friends on March 2nd of this year. Now Cynthia and though I never knew her it sure felt like it. There's just too many deaths going on for me right now. If someone else goes I don't think I'll be able to handle it this time.
