-- Wolverine Comic Based Off Something I Read While Looking Up Various Profiles On Wikipedia...Damn I Love Wikipedia...And Not Just Cause It Mysteriously Sounds Like "Rickipedia".-- So Heres The New Thing...The Old Cable (-Cyclops And Jeans Son From The Future-) no Longer Exists...NOW, Its A Future Wolverine...With A Metal Arm Like Cable...But NOW It seems That Wolverines Powers stopped Working, No Healing Factor Or Anything, So In Battle His Arm Got Torn Off, And The Enemy Slashed Him across His Face With His Own Claws.
-- So Now Hes A Semi-Evil Guy, I Dont Know, I Just Read It, i Havent Looked At Any Of The Comics.
-- I Find It HILARIOUS That Marvel Kills A Character Thats Been Around Forever, And Turns Him Into Another Character Based Off One Of The Most Popular Characters IN The series....."Sorry Cable, From Now On Your future Wolverine"..."Awwww Man!".
-- Im Not Complaining Though, I Dont even Like Cable Much, I Just Found It Kind Of weird That Hes Like 50 Years OLDER Than His Parents, And still Wears Those Blue Spandex With The Yellow Speedo.
-- So this Comic Is Based Off Their First Meeting...Wolverine Of The Present, And wolverine Of The Future.

This is from Ultimate X-Men, it was a new take on Cable.
At the end of the story arc though everything goes back to normal, but Wolverine says Cable isn't quite gone, so maybe Cable will come back and be more like the original version lol

LOL! Great humor on what was/is going on with Ultimate X-Men. I thought it was weird as well that Cable is actually a future version of Wolverine. Marvel isn't exactly coming up with great ideas lately.

I found Cable's original story quite easy to get, if you followed continuity in the 90s...
this Ultimate rehash is totally crap..
(just like all the Ultimate line-- which is crap -- 'cause continuity is what makes you actually care about the characters)...

That's just in the Ultimate Universe, which is separate from the other continuity. Ultimate Universe tries to revamp all the heroes, meh, it's OKAY, they do some funny things with Spider-man, they put Sam Raimi, Avi Arad, and Tobey in a few issues when Spider-man 2 was coming out, but the X-men I found boring whenever I'd get one.
