This is Burt, first name adam. But he should be called RADIOACTIVE BOY! That radioactive green iron horse must be emitting some badass gamma rays into his ball sack, his kids will have three heads and laser beams for legs. Light saber noses and internal third nipples...Taken at the 14th of may PORC race, posted here because I think its chuffin great!

Yeah I agree the glove thing is a bit of an odd one, but a bunch of riders just do, something about feel.
Personally its gloves for me, my hands are worn enough as it is.
