Second entry for =-black-eye- 's Pixelation Quilt Project: RETRO GAMING .

Seeing it’s about retro gaming, I thought the original SimCity (1989) would be perfect as one representative for classic PC simulation games. Obviously, I’ve opted to render the whole scene diagonally based on the original viewpoint of the game, making it look pretty isometric-like as far as I'm concerned. The basics of the game are here: Residential, commercial and industrial zones and buildings, a fire department, roads, railway (including a train), parks and power lines.

Completed with 14 (mostly basic Windows) colors, including transparency, within two hours with MS Paint. The cartoon-like color is deliberate; I'm trying to depict the game as it is in a 16-color environment.
