if anyone cares, here is how the circle works: the iron carbon dioxide canisters are placed on their respective points, three canisters of it being required. the three canisters help to balance the ingredient set, as well as the triangle confining the transmutation within the array. anyway, when the transmutation happens, the oxygen is stripped from the carbon, and the iron the canisters are made of is sent out the disposal nodes, as well as the oxygen. this iron is reassembled into small spheres. the remaining carbon is circulated around the circle, until it hits the union symbols, which have been programmed to reassemble the carbon into graphite's crystalline structure. this graphite is then circulated to the center circle, through the lines connecting the inner and outer circles, beginning at the union symbols. then the carbon is formed into a sphere in the circle's center for easy retrieval. that's how the circle should work.
