If this a straight up fight HECT because of corvo and his time stop. Stealthy HECT wins because of 47 and the way he handle's his targets via "accidents" poisoning crates, explosions all kinds of things that can go wrong for a person will go wrong for that person.

Ezio: Thais a resion he is la mentor he is best at what he dose he inspiars people extremely skilled in combat and his arsenal contains a lot of useful tool for killing and quake on his feet
Corvo: Corvo did not start out as an assassin he was the Empress's guard and was renowned in dunwall as a master of stealth he knows how to fight add that withe his arsenal of ranged weapons, his sword, and traps he was deadly before the outsider gave him supernatural powers now he can stop time to kill them, poses one to comet suside, summon hungry rats but it may be enefected, see in the dark and throu walls, and lets not forget good ole blink being a telaprtor
Thane: Thane is theΒ greatestΒ assassin in mass effectΒ universe. I have nouthe more to say about that
But the true reson why thay win is experianc in team RWBY's current stat its no looking good for them

You are pitting iconic, well developed and balanced characters who abide to most laws of physics, strength to weight ratio and logic against characters who's movements are akin to those in a bad Marvel vs Capcom game and are created by the people who poisoned the world with that god awful Red vs Blue series. You must be insane. Video game characters always lose by default because they are created with the idea that they can be killed in mind. Else games functioned with movie logic the main character or supporting character would never die or lose and the game would be boring , series or novel characters are most always OP and un-killable because as soon as they die or lose the series either needs an overhaul or is over. Your idea for a cross-over could benefit from a little study into the realm of literature, story telling and character development. It's better to keep characters within their own medium what you are trying to do isn't much different from trying to have Sherlock Holmes and Mike Tyson enter a bobsledding competition.

I don't know much about Hitman 47, but I hear he is supposed to be "undetectable" or "unpredictable" or something. Ezio Auditore AUTOMATICALLY has my vote. He is one of the best Assassin's there are, duel Hidden Blades, the hidden gun, the poison darts, and the proficiency to use almost any kind of weapon, from axes to hammers. He can kill a heavily armored soldier... with a broom... using the sweeping end.
Corvo has, of course, his special powers, including that slow time, Blink (teleport?) and the summoning of rats (
Thane Krios doesn't even need a weapon to kick ass, in fact he's the only one I see with his hands in his pocket, not caring. His part in the Mass Effect 2 trailer is enough for me to say HELL YEAH. He took on a team of mercenaries, after taking down his target. When they came in, he somehow got out to the front door of the room, shot two down, and proceeded to use his fists to knock out (or kill?) the rest of the mercs... armored, with kinetic barriers designed to shrug off explosions, who had much more powerful guns.

47 and Ruby, I will say are both skilled in the art of....gun wielding, but let's not forget, Ruby's sniper is also a gigantic scythe. So for these two, I'm gonna say Ruby, mainly because I know more about her, than I know about 47.
Ezio is quite the assassin, armed with blades and...I think he has a wrist cannon....or maybe I'm thinking of someone else.....
Anyways, Weiss may not have much of an arsenal compared to Ezio, but she has Mytrenaster. The magic-imbued rapier she uses to create ice, deal more damage, and she can make those magic snowflake pads she propels herself from, and the ones she used to hold the Giant Armor in place. But here, I'd say Ezio.
Blake and Corvo. One has a 4-in-1 sharpened sheath-sword-pistol-blade on a whip, and the other has a knife, a gun, various other weapons, and an Iron Man repulsor fused with his hand. And, in a sense, they're both kinda like Batman. But I'm kinda stuck on this one. Corvo's got magic firing out of his hands, and Blake leaps and jumps around faster than a frog high on coffee. I'm neutral about these two.
To be perfectly honest, I don't know who that last one in HECT is, and I know more about Yang than the other guy, so I can't say, as I know more about one than the other.

Hummmm, 47 is an expert marksman, and hand to hand combat specialist. He'd probably face off against Blake, using his weapons to parry attacks.
Ezio is a grandmaster at both armed and unarmed fighting but has little in the way of ranged attacks so he'd be stuck in melee. Fairest opponent for him would be Yang. That sure would be a sight to behold.
Corvo is basically the mage of HECT with his various abilities. So he would be countered by Weiss' dust abilities. They have about the same in the way of melee strength as well as ranged tools/dust combat.
Then you leave Thane, the assassin. Expert marksman and hand to hand specialist on par with Ezio, to fight Ruby. Whelp. Not such an impressive pairing there.Β
So, of those pairings, who would win?

Fair as it can get, I can't tell. It we're talking the between Brotherhood and Revelations Ezio then it definitely goes to him. If it's Revelations Ezio... Well, he grew old. Extremely skilled and ridiculously deadly, but old.
Weiss, Corvo is an assassin not a fighter. He doesn't get to hide in a straight up match, eliminating his primary skill. In the end he has few abilities to help him fight and those that do are still more utilitarian than downright offensive. His biggest advantage is instant teleportation but it's just not big enough.
This one PROBABLY goes to Ruby. Thane can't easily get into melee range. If he gets within the scythe arc, Ruby will just shoot to cut straight through Thane. He doesn't have an advantage at range neither. Expert rifleman only goes so far against someone as agile as Ruby.
