By purchasing this stock for points, you are paying for unlimited Commercial use. If you are only using the image as drawing reference, but intend to sell that drawing or prints of that drawing, this is still Commercial use. The low res files (the ones you see in each deviation by default) may still be used for personal, non-profit projects for FREE! well I would as I am having trouble mapping out a pose but the majority of my work is for a book I am publishing, I assume yours as with most don't allow for commercial usage (which is one of the reasons I have never used any stock other than the commercial royalty free variety), so it would be moot to ask. I think I am going to just rehash an old image I had done previously. I wasn't really happy with it the first time.

I allow commercial usage on most of my stock for free, with the exception of the Geisha and nude shots. The others are free pickins as long as people ask permission first.
If it's just for pose reference and not for photomanipulation, people can use it indefinitely for whatever they like.
