i would seriously give up on the blacksmith model....

I think you're being a little too hard on a model when this was really a few friends getting together to have fun and take a few stock pics. It was her first time posing so she was a little stiff and unused to getting into character in front of the camera.
I think it more effective to encourage and help people learn rather than to insult them. I have no plans to give up on that particular model any time soon.
