This piece is nice Nass! The texture of the buildings is extremely cool. And the webs look sticky - like they should. A lot of guys make it look like rope 'cuz they're lazy! 
Anyway as usual your work is excellent and I am jealous of your skills.

Just a suggestion. I would do the lines on electricity white, or remove it. That kills the light FX, and that is important in electricity.

I like both versions of this, but if I had to pick, I'd pick the night time version of this.

i think i actually like this better man, just flows a little more and has a better color library than the day time i think for the action displayed. Great job. i love the tones you gave spidey...only think i see i would change is the lighting...to get a really good glow effect that you are going for, i ususually use a soft round brush at about 15% opacity with a light color....brush ON TOP of the line art very gently and build up some glow ..looks really nice though!
