(2012) The Matrix Reloaded “Trinity” aka, Carrie Ann Moss - Pencil Illustration No.27 - from the Original Motion Picture Movie Poster. Completely Hand Drawn in Pencil. 26 Hours to complete. 8 ½ x 11 Strathmore Bristol Sheet Stock 100lb. Paper. Pencils used (6H, 5H, 4H, 3H, 2H, H, B, 3B, 4B, 5B, 6B & 8B. This Illustration is 80% Sunglass reflection and was extremely difficult to capture compared to “Neo’s” Piece. In the Trinity piece, it shows the Highway chase scene as seen in the Movie which not only has multiple areas of Complex Shading but also needs to show not only “Reflections” but a blur as seen in her Left Sunglass Lens. The Structural frame work in her Sunglasses alone took 10 hours to complete and was extremely difficult to capture on paper.
