Description
This is the character conceived by my brother Steve, the Chronicles of Riddick, an inguana, and twelve cans of coke.

His name is... Well, I don't know what the devil is full name is, but he's referred to as Rei. Since Steve has been having trouble drawing Rei the way he viewed it, and instead drawing pictures of a Vin Deisel-Lizard hybrid [which is disturbing enough], I drew him as I viewed him with my Writer's Eye.

Recently, my brother posted as Rei in a forum event, a fighting tournament being hosted by the Empire on Post Apocalypse. Rei appears as a seven-foot tall human, but can transform into a Lizardman and a Dragonman. He was captured by the empire, but for some reason was carted out onto the arena in a large cage by a few guards. The post depicts him as wearing a baggy tunic and pants while in the cage, sitting in the center and, well, chillin'.

But the whole time, Rei was contemplating how he was going to eat his opponent. Once the cage opened, Rei came out and breathed fire at his opponent. Due to a "technical foul" [The guy controlling the other character never replied, so as acting judge, I made the call], Rei won by breathing a ball of fire so abscure we don't even know if it hit or not.

The words say:

"Though I look a prisoner, I'm just waiting for my next meal... I hope this one will put up a fight!"
