Number 1: Couldn't find any swimsuit skins for Nikki or Radar, and Number 2: I don't think I'd be able to handle Radar in a swimsuit. Or Jesse. Or Petra).Also, Nikki looks more like she's waterbending than splashing it at Radar XD
