i finished inking and coloring it.
i'm fasinated by the concept of light arrows... though, the background became EXTREMELY blue when i scanned it :/

the way you colored it is cool! the effects of light and shadow are so well-done! I also like to see princess Zelda doing something, beyond sending telepatic messages, asking Link to save her and Hyrule... Come on! Couldn't she send the Master Sword faster in Ganon's Tower (Ocarina of Time)? In that occasion I was so angry that I wanted to throw her in the lava!

Very nicely done, though, from an aspiring archer, the bow would look better if it had a curve. Depending on if it's a straight curve or a recrurve bow, it should have a sideways bowl look, and the further it's pulled back, the tigher the curve is. The recurve look is a bit more complex though. If you'd like an example, I'd be glad to show you.

Your right that background looks a bit 'meh'
