[/edit]My uber last-minute entry for 's contest of her extraordinarily beautiful character, Cyan. I swear, I didn't do her justice.
Half of the contest requirements was a drawing. The other half is to describe an envisioned personality for the character drawn. "She can fly faster than most dragons and is very agile in the air." A direct quote from Cyan's ref.
I instantly felt like sticking her in the air in an insanely elegant aerial pose, looking free, fun, and confident in the air.
This... is so not that pose... but I think it's close-ish. XD
In the end, I think I spent way too much time on something I didn't end up being very satisfied with... but ah well. It was a learning experience in the end!
No critique is really necessary because I have very little intention of fixing all the mistakes I know are there.

It makes me shudder, truthfully, and want to hide it away. XD I still can't draw wings for beans, but my general anatomy has gotten a bit better. Doodling this up like the Time Warp piece actually sounds like quite a bit of fun!
Yes, well... real life is evil, and all that jazz. XD It's not the only time it's happened, and it certainly won't be the last. XDDD

The wings aren't so bad -- a little uneven maybe but I put that down to perspective/their position. Wings are are, I've always put in the effort because I love them so much though.
Anyway, I look forward to seeing what you come up with if you do choose to do the time warp again.
