Description
Uranus, the god of the sky and lover of Gaea! Yay! Whee for pantheon.org for that helpful little reminder as to who Uranus was.Not much to say about this one. I like it, though. It was weird trying to get the anatomy right (which I probably didn't) and not draw attention to myself by lifting my arm up, which looked like I was sniffing my armpit. Oh well.
He's pretty. Dunno why I drew him like that. He was quite ugly in that old Greek myth book I own.

Very nice work and deviation I like the fact that they are done on note paper.

We all guess at anatomy I'm sure... but man, we're in a very similar grasp of it right now. I'm not lying, that seems like decisions I'd make (concerning muscles)- I've been thinking about that a lot lately - I'll have to print me some pictures for muscle reference.

I'm doing it mostly off of shady memory. I need to find a good art anatomy book and actually PURCHASE it, or at least draw from life. But hey, he's a Greek god, he can have his anatomy anyway he wants. (err.)
